David didn’t need to know the caller’s ID before he recognized Becky’s birdy voice.

She’s his cousin who calls only when she has stepped on her parents toes.Who knows what she has done this time?…the last time she had smashed someone’s car and came to take refuge in his house.

“How are you doing sweetie?”David asked glancing at Diana.

Diana didn’t know why she’s jealous,even if he lied to her about not wanting anything to do with any other lady, and everything his mother and sister are saying is all false, what’s her business, after all this is just a kinda fairytale game that will soon be over.

But why her heart gets stinged with jealousy and she’s almost drawn to tears to think that David is playing with her is what confuses her.

Why?…. she’s also playing with his emotions too!..

“My house?!”David was saying to the phone,he drove slowly on one side of the road.

“You really have to help me David,you know how my dad is,I will tell you everything when you come back,am waiting for you at home….am sorry I didn’t call you earlier, please!!”
Becky pleaded.

David looked at the phone and glanced at Diana,she’s looking at him now.

“Fine!…am on my way home,till then”he cutted the line without waiting for her to finish her last words.

The drive home was in total silent. David knew better than to start explaining to Diana about who’s on the line,she will see for herself than for them to argue all the way home.

“Welcome sir!”Peter hailed smiling at his boss.

David waved him off and headed in,side.

“Peter did you fix the tap?”
Diana asked looking around the compound.

The tap spoiled when she tried using it to water the flowers yesterday,so she had told him to help her fix it or look for someone to do it if he doesn’t know how to fix it.

“Yes ma’am… welcome!!”
He replied nodding,he ran to go lock the gate.

“Okay!..thank you!”

She said appreciatively and walked towards the house.

“Hello sweetie!”Becky beamed as soon as she saw David.

“What have you done this time?”He ignored her innocent look and went upstairs,she followed him.

“I didn’t do anything,what makes you think I have done something silly?”she asked as she brushed past him to enter his room before him, David smiled at her provocative behavior.

“Because the last time I checked,you have been here on four different occasions which consists of your inability to control your stupid attitude”

“Wait!..do you actually think so wrong of me,I thought I could confide in you, …..”she took a deep breath and added”anyways I don’t have a choice here ,have I?”
She pouted her l-ips and rolled her big puffy eyes.

“You have non at all!”David returned taking off his shirt.

The door opened just then.
Diana’s eyes hit the beautiful young lady standing with her back against the wall beside the headboard.

She even had the effrontery to place her left feeth on the bed, her arms thrown behind her back….
David’s bare back was on her as he worked on his belt.

“Hello?”the younger lady greeted smiling,but her eyes were on David.

David turned to look at them both and do the right thing.
“Well…ehm. Diana this is my cousin,Becky…..ahm..Becky this is Diana…..”

“Your wife?!!”
Becky interrupted him.

He knew she already concluded that in her mind,he simply allowed the introduction drop there.

Becky rushed towards Diana happily.
“Am so happy to meet you Diana, I had thought my sweetheart isn’t gonna give a lady room into his life!!”
Becky exclaimed holding Diana’s hand.

“Well…it’s my pleasure meeting you”she managed chewing her tongue.

David left them and went into his bathroom,what Diana doesn’t know is that she’s into a load of trouble,Becky can talk for Africa.. David mused.

“You know what?!”
Becky’s saying.

“What?”Diana asked.

“I will take you with me to see my parents tomorrow,they will really love to see you!!….hope you will like to?!”

“Oh yeah..of course. !!”Diana wasn’t sure of how to escape now.

“Do you know how to cook?!…no offense but the last time I visited here, Tricia, his younger sister cooked the worst food on earth, you have met her right?!…

She and her mother are bunch of drama queens!!….my mother is like that too, could you imagine she told my father that I have a new boyfriend and he threatened to stop paying my school fees,

Now, she told me to go to hell simply because I threw a pool party, it was a quiet and simple party at my house on Sunday for my bestie, I know they are actually planning to beat me up but I’m too smart so I ran, and here I am… I know David….”

“Can you please stop and take a breath?!!”Diana asked astonished at how someone could manage to talk for so long and so fast too.
She folded her arms on her belly and shaked her head thoughtfully.

“Ohw!..sorry dear, I talk way too much,I know…”she pouted her l-ips and eyed Diana apologetically”i made food…it might not be to your taste but I bet you will love it!..come on dear”
She dragged Diana with her downstairs.

“Don’t worry I will serve you and you will cook and serve tomorrow!”Becky mused poking her tongue at Diana who sat and watched her quietly as she danced around whining her tongue.

“No problem… anything you say ma’am!”Diana said raising her arms in surrender.
She ran her tongue through her l-ips and sat in a crooked manner as she watched the younger lady dash into the kitchen.She left the kitchen door ajar .

Diana shaked her head in dismal and excused herself to go see Mr hubby whose cousin is no different from his mother and sister.

“Have you had a fill of her endless story!!”David said grinning.

“Gosh!…she can talk!…I swear Tricia is far more better than her”Diana said rolling her eyes.

“She was the one that called earlier”he announced.

“I found out”

“Who did you think was calling me?”

She didn’t reply,she stood akimbo.

“And I know for one thing,you were devoured by jealousy then, I thought it wise for you to find the truth yourself”
David continued watching her.

“Why do you think so?.. I don’t have any reason to be jealous,I wasn’t jealous,I just….”
Her voice trailed off,she flushed.

David came to her and cupped her face with his palms so she would look at him straight in the eye.

“Diana,….. I know that you still doubt my words,and I know that you won’t believe me if I make a promise to love you forever,but just know this,…I will live the rest of my life proving to you how much I love you,I just want you to do one thing for me….”

“What?”she whispered huskily,her heart beat increased.

“Be mine…….I want us to make this marriage official, from the very first time my mom brought you to my house,I fell inlove with you,I want to meet your family…,my life will never be complete without you, I want to make you the queen of my heart,you will rule in my life Diana”

He ran his fingers on her l-ips and waited for her reply, he doesn’t care anymore if his mother didn’t pay her brideprice or if she did.

All he wants is for her to belong to him, he wants to proudly announce to the wh0le world that Diana is his.

Diana simply laid her head on his chest and allowed a tear roll down her left cheek.
This is really getting worse and growing h-rder for her.

How’s she ever going to handle this without breaking his heart or without hurting him and herself.

The door opened sharply and Becky barged in.
David looked up at her in surprise,Diana turned sharply so much that her neck cracked.

“Oh my!!…am sorry,I was just trying to inform her that the food is ready”Becky explained her actions as she twisted her fingers nervously.

“Oh yeah, the food…let’s go see what you made dearie!”Diana forced a smile and walked past her.

Becky glanced at David ,she mouthed ‘am sorry’ to him before following her.
His face isn’t funny at all…but it is…with his am_angry look.

“Food is ready”he mimicked Becky and joined them, he’s famished as well.

*Next morning*

Diana woke with smiles on her face.
Becky is something else.
She kept her awake all night doing one useless thing or another, talking and ranting,and getting David pissed off.

David had been hesitant so they would share a bed last night but Becky is a genius when it comes to shoving him at a corner while she thinks of something to keep Diana busy with while David watches in anger.

He got tired of waiting and gave up.
He left them downstairs at the living room.

There they spent the night,they fell asleep on one couch,only God knows how they managed to lay there without twisting any part of their body.

But her neck is really hurting,seems like a rope is tied round it while someone draws it.

“Finally awake!”

David’s voice startled her, before she could turn to look at him,he came from behind the couch and puts his hands on her br-asts while he trailed k-sses over her neck.

“My neck really hurts,can’t believe I slept here”

“Sorry babe…this little thing needs a pinch on the butt before she starts behaving like a normal person”David whispered careful not to wake the little thing still snoring.

“Aren’t you going to work?”

“I am, just waiting for you to wake up and wish me goodluck at work sweetie”

He gave her a light bite on her ear,she knocked him playfully on his head.

“Leave me alone,it’s too early for….”

“Ssshhh….shush!…let’s go shower together honey,I really missed you last night”

“While your little thing is here?!!….. you’re not ready to shower”
She said and made to stand up but he swept her off her feet and carried her to the bathroom.

“If she wakes…….”
He crushed his l-ips on hers so she would stop talking.

“Diana?!!”

He almost dropped her as they gasped in breath.
Diana laughed silently in his arms before he let’s her feet hit the cold floor again.

“Diana are you in the kitchen?…you woke so early,why didn’t you wake me?”
Becky’s voice came again,the wh0le building vibrated.

Diana made to walk out but David’s l-ips captured hers for a quick k-ss before he allowed her leave the bathroom.

“She’s really a witch”
He mumbled referring to Becky as he undressed to take shower.

“Here I am dear,went to wash my face”
Diana said to Becky.

“Oh… Good morning….. so we spent the night here or you left me behind?”
She replied closing the kitchen door,she had checked the kitchen to know if Diana is in,side there.

“We dosed off right here,I will go get breakfast ready!..”

Diana demonstrated her words with her hands as she walked into the kitchen.

“Oh right!… I will go freshen up,but first let me check on David”
She made to go upstairs.

“No!…he’s actually in the bathroom”

“How did you know?”

“He came in while I was washing my face”Diana replied opening the fridge to check the food items.

“Okay,can I help you with anything?”

“No, don’t worry,am okay!”

“I can wash the dishes?”

“I said it’s fine, I will be just fine by myself!”
She’s opening the cupboards now.

“Alright ma’am, I was just trying to help”
Becky gave up and went to sit down,she took the remote control to t-rn on the television.

Diana shaked her head in amusement.

*Evening*

“Am so happy you guys came,gosh I thought I was gonna spend today alone in this goddamn big house getting killed by boredom!”

Diana puffed laughing.

Nadia and Tricia came to pay her a visit and of course to gossip about her honeymoon.

She’s seeing them off,they walked in line on the lonely road,they didn’t come with a car.
They will probably get a cab home.

Nadia said she will spend more time at Tricia’s house before returning home,the holiday might be over by then.

“Oh yeah,once in a while we need to meet and do girl things,you know…..and !…tell me about Becky again, I wish I was able to meet her before she left, can’t believe there’s someone out there that talks more than Trish!”
Nadia mused .

“Well…now you know,I will invite her over to the house,you will testify”
Tricia laughed.

“She’s really something else, she told me a deep secret about you Trish!”
Diana began.

Tricia became interested at once;

“What did she say about me?”

Diana whispered something closer to her ear, she grunted at her and laughed loudly.

“Now someone feels left out!…come on,I want to hear it!”Nadia jumped in as she separates them by moving to stay in the middle.

“What do you want to hear miss_I_must_know_ everything!!”
Tricia snorted smiling.

“That top secret,blow it out babygirl!”
Nadia held Diana playfully.

“Should I say it Trish?”

“No!..no one must know!!”She laughed moving farther away from them,she could feel Nadia wanting to hit her with her scornful look .

“I advise you let a market you know nothing about sell honey!..you just heard from the horses mouth…she said must ooo”
Diana laughed at her friend’s look.

“Okay,no problem!..I also have my very own deep secret about you two!”Nadia started feigning seriousness.

Diana and Tricia exchanged looks.
“What secret?!”they chorused.

“No one must know it!”she said and walked past them to stay at the front.
They roared into laughter.

“Guys!..can we spend the next holiday at Ghana…my place?!”Nadia asked being serious after the laughter subsided.

“That would be great,don’t you think so Diana?!”Tricia concord eyeing Diana inquisitively.

“Yeah, think so… I have to stop here ladies, it’s getting dark and I need to prepare dinner for my hubby, that’s what you get when you are no longer single…I know you guys won’t understand because of course you two are still single!!”Diana hummed practically.

“Can you see that Trish, Mrs Diana Davidson, can you show us your wedding ring?!”Nadia scoffed closing her mouth with the back of her hand to swallow down her laughter.

“Wait!..are you insulting me right now huh?!…like seriously?!!”

“No!..am actually reminding you that we are still the same sweetie!!”
Her laughter bursted out.

“Please dear Mrs married woman,go home and enjoy your honeymoon,we know our way home!”
Tricia concluded.

“You two will pay for this,keep that in mind…”
Diana mused and added”see you guys around,bye!”she waved and turned to leave.

“Oh wow!.. because you are married,no more hugs abii?!”
Nadia ch¡pped in.

“Maybe her hubby warned her against it?!”Tricia rolled her eyes at her.

Diana turned and laughed.

“Am really gonna miss you too!”
She hugged them together with each arm.

“Same here”they chorused.

Diana sat down to inspect the work she had done under one hour and smiled satisfactorily.

She had cooked David’s favorite and had setted everything on the dinning, she used different kinds of flowers that she picked from around the compound and ornamented the table.

There were wines and two wine glasses on it.
Mixed fruit juice and fruit salads inclusive.

When she’s contented with her effort,she went in,side the bathroom to take a quick shower before David comes back.

*Few minutes later*
She came out of the bathroom dripping w-t, she wanted to head upstairs to get into clothes but when she heard his car horn, she changed her mind, alot of naughty things came to her mind.

She stood beside the table, lifted her left leg and placed it on the dinning chair, revealing her long legs….. right hand positioned practically on her wa-ist,she posed s€×ily waiting for her prince charming.

She heard David’s footsteps and knew he’s close by….1..2…3..her mind teased her ticking seconds as the knob turned and boom!.

“Diana am……”his voice trailed off when he saw her, he looked at her from hair to toe and swallowed hærd, he adjusted his tie and came closer to her;

“wow!..do you know what you are doing to me right now?…what’s this about?”
He threw his briefcase on the couch and ran his fingers down her left leg .

“Do you like what you see Mr David?”she said eyeing him as she putted her index finger on the tip of his nose.

“I think I do Mrs Diana ”
He lifted her and carried her in his arms.
She threw her arms around his neck and smiled naughtily at his action.

He k-ssed her on the hollow of her br-asts,she threw her head back and allowed the pleasure flow in.

“You are too sweet honey!”
He whispered softly to her ear. She looked at his face and ran her tongue through her dry l-ips.

He placed her on the dinning table and a wine glass fell off the table and breaked at once.
They ignored it totally.

Diana helped him pull off his suit and shirt,she threw it mindlessly away.

She drew him closer with his neck tie and crushed her l-ips on his.

Her towel fell on the table covering part of it as the dinning table shook noisily.

He cupped her left br-ast with his palm and squeezed gently.
His right hand found her cl*toris and rubbed slowly.

He ins**ted his two fingers into her and fingered her…
Diana’s world went spinning…….
